Data Requests
Deletion, access, and privacy choices
Our games do not use accounts and do not collect personal information, so in most cases there is nothing tied to you as a person. What may exist is anonymous gameplay data tied to a random device identifier. You can remove both the local and server-side parts:
1. Delete data stored on your device
- Web games (for example twrdfns.kalibrio.com): clear your browser's site data for the game's address. This removes all progress, settings, and the random identifier.
- iPhone apps (when available): deleting the app removes all locally stored data.
2. Delete gameplay data from our servers
Email support@kalibrio.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and tell us:
- which game the request concerns, and
- roughly when and on what device or browser you played.
We will delete the associated gameplay records and confirm by reply within 30 days — usually much sooner. Because the data is anonymous, we may ask you for the device identifier shown in the game's settings screen (where available) to locate the right records.
Access and other requests
If you would like a copy of data we hold, or have any other privacy question — including rights under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance or the GDPR — email hello@kalibrio.com.
