Trumble — Privacy Policy
Kalibrio Limited · Effective 4 October 2026 · Applies to Trumble on iPhone and on the web (trumble.kalibrio.com)
Trumble is a puzzle game made by Kalibrio Limited, an independent creative company registered in Hong Kong. Trumble does not require an account, real name or email address to play. It uses a persistent random installation identifier to associate gameplay, progress, cloud saves and purchase events with an installation. This is pseudonymous information, not anonymous data. The iOS app includes third-party advertising services; their data use and your choices are described below.
What we collect
- A random device identifier. When you first play, Trumble generates a short random string and stores it on your device. It is not derived from your name, your email, any hardware identifier, or any Apple identifier, and it links records from the same installation.
- Gameplay telemetry. Events such as levels played, wins and losses, session length, and which features you use, tied to that random identifier. We use this solely to understand which levels are too hard, where the game is confusing, and how to make Trumble better.
- Leaderboard entries. After completed matches, we send your player profile and results to our leaderboard service. A generated public player name, your score and a country code derived from your device region can appear publicly. Your chosen nickname is kept private in your game data and cloud save; it is not displayed as your public leaderboard name. The country code is not GPS location. Avoid putting sensitive information in your private nickname.
- Player content. Saves can include your nickname and player-created levels. Private code-invited crew leaderboards are available; team chat is disabled. Crew scores use generated public player names.
- Automatic cloud save. During online play, we automatically back up game progress, preferences, owned items and player content, associated with your installation identifier. Saves may include purchase-delivery records. A recovery code lets you restore your save on another installation. Keep this code private: someone with it can retrieve your save.
What we do not collect
- You do not need to provide your real name, email address or phone number to play. We receive information you voluntarily include in a nickname or support request.
- The game does not request GPS location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera access. Network services receive your IP address; advertising partners may infer approximate location from it.
- No third-party analytics SDKs — our analytics are first-party only, tied to the random identifier above
- We do not sell your data
Advertising in the iOS app works differently: ad partners collect certain data themselves, as described in the next section.
Where data lives, and for how long
- On your device: your game progress, settings, and the random identifier are stored locally.
- On our servers: the data above is sent to servers operated by Kalibrio Limited, hosted in the United States. It is not shared with, or processed by, any third-party analytics service.
- Retention: installation-linked gameplay records, leaderboard profiles and cloud saves do not currently have an automatic expiry. Deleting the app does not delete these server records. You can request deletion using the contact process below.
Advertising
On iPhone (the iOS app): Trumble includes interstitial and rewarded advertising through Google AdMob, with InMobi as an additional mediated ad network. Network-ad availability depends on configuration and consent. Trumble can show its own promotional screens when a network ad is unavailable. Rewarded ads are optional and offer an in-game reward.
- What ad partners collect. To serve and measure ads, these partners may collect device identifiers (including the Apple advertising identifier, only if you grant permission in the App Tracking Transparency prompt), your IP address, approximate location, ad interaction data and diagnostic information. If you deny the App Tracking Transparency prompt, ads are still shown, but they are not personalized using the Apple advertising identifier.
- Your choices. On iOS the app shows Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, and in applicable regions a Google UMP consent form. Open the game’s Settings → Ad privacy choices to reopen the provider’s consent panel when available; otherwise the game displays a status message. Apple’s tracking permission is separate and can be managed in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Partner policies. See Google's privacy policy and how Google uses data from apps that use its services, and InMobi's privacy policy.
- On the web (trumble.kalibrio.com): Trumble shows only house ads — screens promoting our own products. No ad network SDK is integrated in the web version, and no data is shared with advertisers there.
Our own advertising analytics can record format, placement, interactions and reported revenue, linked to the installation identifier.
Purchases
- Optional in-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive payment-card details. Purchase events can include product and transaction identifiers, purchase time, verification status, store environment and virtual items granted, linked to the installation identifier. We use these records to deliver purchases, prevent duplicate grants, support players and understand the game economy.
Children
Trumble’s age rating describes its content; it does not mean the game collects no data. The data practices described above apply during play. Parents or guardians with questions or deletion requests can contact support@kalibrio.com.
Deleting your data
- Local data: delete the app (or clear your browser's site data for trumble.kalibrio.com). This removes your progress and the random identifier.
- Server data: email support@kalibrio.com to request deletion. We may ask privately for information that identifies the correct installation; a nickname alone may not be unique. Do not post your recovery code publicly. We will delete the telemetry, leaderboard entries, and cloud save associated with your device. See data requests for the simple steps.

Changes
If Trumble's data practices change — for example, if a future update adds a third-party service — we will name the service here and update the effective date before the change ships.
