Kalibrio Limited ("Kalibrio", "we", "us") is an independent creative company registered in Hong Kong. This policy explains how we handle information across our website and products. We build small, self-contained experiences, and we deliberately collect as little data as possible.

• kalibrio.com is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and includes no advertising or social-media trackers.
• Our web pages are hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.), which may log standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) to operate and secure the service, as described in GitHub's privacy statement.
• If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you. We do not add you to any mailing list without asking.

Our games and apps

Each app we release gets its own privacy policy at kalibrio.com/privacy/<app-name>, published before the app ships. Across all our games, the same principles apply:

• No accounts. Our games do not require registration, and we do not collect names, email addresses, or contact details in-game.
• No sale of data. We never sell or rent data, and we do not share data with third parties for their own marketing.
• Anonymous statistics only. Where a game reports gameplay statistics (for example, which level was completed), they are tied to a random identifier, not to your identity.
• Children. Our games are designed to be suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Third-party services

Today, our website and web games use no third-party analytics, advertising, or authentication services. If a future release adds one (for example, Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases on iOS), the product's own privacy policy will name the service before that release ships.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to delete data associated with you or your device at any time — see data requests. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access or correct data under applicable law, including the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and the GDPR. Email us and we will help.
