These terms govern your use of kalibrio.com and the games and digital products published by Kalibrio Limited ("Kalibrio", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Hong Kong. By using our website or playing our games, you agree to these terms.

Our content

All games, artwork, music, text, characters, and other content on this site and in our products are original works owned by Kalibrio Limited or its collaborators, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit them without our written permission. Personal, non-commercial screenshots and videos of our games (for example, for reviews or streaming) are welcome.

Using our games

• Our free web games are provided for your personal enjoyment. Please don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for commercial purposes, or abuse the services that power them.
• Game progress stored on your device is under your control; we cannot restore it if your device or browser data is cleared.
• In-game currencies and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred.

Purchases

Our web games currently offer no real-money purchases. If a future release on the App Store offers in-app purchases, those transactions are processed by Apple and are additionally subject to Apple's terms; refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

No warranty

Our website and games are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalibrio Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Third-party links

Our site links to external services (for example, streaming platforms and app stores). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
